| How to use the Shopping Cart |

- If you know what you are looking for, insert the item in the "Search Products" box in the left hand column. We are working to improve the "Search Product" feature for precious metal and base metal findings. If you get a message to send us an email for a list of the products available, try scrolling through the category section named "Precious Metals".
- If you want to browse, the left hand column identifies the categories of products.
- We carry many varieties of gemstones. The first screen, when you enter the ONLINE STORE, lists all the gemstone beads pictured in the ONLINE STORE. Some will appear under several headings eg all agates are listed under "A" as well as under the letter which begins their specific name. Moss Agate, for instance, is also listed under "M'. Once you click onto Gemstones in the left hand merchandise category column, however, you will find all gemstone beads under their generic name. Thus Moss Agate would be found in Gemstone Beads, drop down to "A", drop down to "Agate" drop down to Moss Agate.
- When you find an item that interests you, click on it to get to the next page with the price details. The designation Q indicates there are quantity breaks. (For a very few items where the unit price is very low, the quantity breaks are not yet appearing but when we fill your order, you will get the appropriate price break.) If the price is acceptable, add it to the cart by clicking on the appropriate "check box". Every time you add something to your cart, there will be a tally of the number and the quantity of items ordered as well as the total of your wish list in the horizontal green bar at the top of the page.
- When you have finished shopping, click on "View Your Cart" in the horizontal green bar at the top of the page. When you view your cart, you will see all the items you added, any applicable discounts and the cart sub-total. You can remove or adjust quantities of items in the cart. You have the option to continue shopping or to check out. Click on the appropriate box. If you are checking out, you will be asked to enter your preferred method of shipping and you can include any comments about your order. Then you will be asked for Payment Info. Enter or confirm your credit card information here. Details are secure with us. We have been in business since 1984 and have never had any credit card security issues. If you are reluctant to put your credit card information on the order, click on the button "Will call in credit card info" and use our 1 800 number if you live in Canada or the United States.
- Please note that the price of gold and silver products fluctuates greatly. We adjust prices, depending on our cost prices to ensure that you are always given the best possible prices.
