What are the requirements to become a wholesale customer?

Where are you located?

Our only location is at 210 Colonnade Rd. S. Unit 12B, Ottawa Ontario K2E 7L5

Do you have a minimum order?

There are no minimums at Canada Beading Supply. We do have small order handling fees for orders under $100.00. Please see Order form.

What forms of payment do you accept?

VISA, MC, AMEX, business cheques, COD and e-mail transfers. In store we also accept debit and cash.

How long does it take to ship an order and what are your shipping charges?

Our goal is a less than 48 hr. turn around. Usually we ship the same day we receive your order. We notify customers if we cannot ship within 48 hours. Within Canada we ship Canada Post. They can get orders to our customers in about one day depending on the service you choose.

For International orders, we ship the most cost effective way and charge our actual costs.

What is your return policy?

Returns must be pre-authorized within 7 days of receipt of your order. Returns after 7 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We do not accept returns after one month. Goods returned must be in their original condition. No returns are accepted on cut items like chain or cording unless we have made the error.You will be reimbursed for the value of the goods and, if the mistake is ours, we will also cover the shipping costs.

How do I become a customer?

Anyone can be our customer. Just download the catalogue or come to the showroom and shop!

What happens to items not in stock when I place my order?

Backorders totalling $50.00 per order will be kept on file and sent at our expense as soon as the good are received. Items on backorder more than 30 days should be re-ordered with your next order. Merchandise valued at less than $50.00 will still be indicated on your order so that you will know what is unavailable and which you may want to include on a subsequent order.
