To our wonderful customers:

This letter is not promoting new products or upcoming events. You know what we have if you need it.

We simply want to send you best wishes and our hope for a safety and healthy future.

In our local newspaper, the Citizen, last week Joel Westheimer mentioned that the Chinese character for crisis was two brushstrokes: one means danger and the other opportunity. Really makes one stop and think about where the opportunities lie. Winston Churchill said something similar. “The pessimist sees difficulty in every opportunity; the optimist sees opportunity in every difficulty.” This is a challenge right now, but being reminded of these views might spur some ideas. We hope that you have some areas of hope and joy in your life right now. For us it is hearing birds sing in the morning, seeing evidence of spring plants emerging, looking for ways we can safely help others, connecting with people we haven’t heard from for some time, doing some creative things, and learning something new.

We are grateful that we live in Canada and for all the amazing people who are keeping us all going. Please stay safe and well.

Very best wishes

Meredith, Brent and Carrie
