Happy New Year Beading Friends!

What inspiration to read these two ideas at the beginning of this New Year: “A year from now you will wish that you had started today” and “it’s hard to fail but it’s worse never to have tried to succeed”. So many of us have developed excellent procrastination abilities as we have lived with the covid situation but as we procrastinate, we are still thinking about the “to do” prompts. That is usually followed by a negative feeling and a desire to do better.  Even if many of us don’t set New Year’s resolutions, maybe these two quotes will motivate some to think about their approach to 2022.

January is always a “clean-up, get organized” month for us. It is annual inventory time so we won’t be getting much new merchandise in until the end of the month. We do, however, have a number of new items for this newsletter. Many ideas we get from our customers so please feel free to let us know if you are looking for something that we don’t carry or that you have difficulty sourcing.

We, like almost everyone else, are hoping that 2022 will have fewer challenges than experienced last year. It is not beginning well with the concerns about Omicron but there are many more elements of hope from the scientists which helps give some optimism to the outlook for the year. All of us here wish you a wonderful 2022, full of hope and creativity with a large dose of happiness but especially we hope you stay well and safe! EVERYONE is important to us.

Our newsletter may seem a little thin this month but with the current restrictions, we are not able to offer classes.
