How do I become a customer?
Anyone can be our customer. Just start shopping online, an account will be created for you once you checkout. Or come to the showroom and shop in person!

Minimum order requirement?

There are no minimums. 

Forms of payment accepted?
On-line and phone orders: VISA, MC, E-transfers and Cash On Delivery (COD).

** For on-line orders, a Pre-Authorization is taken on your card when you place an order. The card is charged only when we have pulled the order and it is ready for pick up or shipping. The Pre-Authorization will expire after a few days. ** 

COD orders require pick up at the post office.

In store we also accept debit and cash.

Do you sell wholesale?

How long does it take to ship an order? 

Our goal is a less than 48 hour turn around, often shipping the same day we receive your order. We notify customers if we cannot ship within 48 hours. Within Canada, we ship Canada Post. They usually deliver orders to customers in 2-8 days depending on the service you choose and your geographical location.

What are the shipping charges?
For Canadian destinations, a flat rate of $9.85 is charged for orders under $150 being shipped Expedited post. Orders over $150, will usually be sent free of shipping charges*. There is an additional $7.50 charge for COD orders. If you choose a faster shipping method, the rates will go up.  *Additional charges also apply for oversized parcels and/or remote locations.

**For International orders, we ship the most cost effective way and charge our actual costs.**

What about returns?
For online customers - Most returns accepted. We recognise that there are some feelings of insecurity when buying jewellery supplies online. We will gladly accept returns if you are not satisfied as long as the goods are in their original condition. Please send an e-mail or call to let us know what you are returning and why so that we can serve you better. Items must be postmarked for return within 10 business days. Items returned more than 30 days past the original purchase date will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

For in-store customers - Most goods, if in original condition, are gladly accepted for exchange within 10 days of purchase. Please send an e-mail or call to let us know what you are returning and why so that we can serve you better.

There are no returns or exchanges for the following items: Tools, Books, Display Aids or measured chain, cord or stringing materials.

Special Orders
If there are special/specific items that you are looking for but can not find on our website, please feel free to send us an email and we would be happy to try and source them out for you.

We offer for in-store customers:

Stringing or Re-stringing: If you don't want to make it yourself or need to have a necklace or bracelet restrung, we can do it for you.
Classes Made to Order: Morning, afternoon or evening get-togethers.  Sessions begin at $40 per person with a max of 10 people.
Use of photo machine: 2 photos for each piece, image can be emailed or downloaded to your thumb drive. Cost $20.00 per half hour. In 30 minutes we can photograph an average of 2-10 pieces, depending on the size of the piece.
Use of classroom for meetings: Seats up to 10 people. Free depending on availability. Coffee and/or tea at $1.00 per person.
Donations: We are a drop-off point for beads and supplies to be donated to a variety of Charities in Ottawa and Northern Ontario.
