Holiday Closures

We will be closed for a few days over the holidays. We hope you are able to spend some time with family, friends and loved ones. This year we will be closed on Christmas Eve, December 24th. If, however you would like to shop on Dec 24th, please let us know no later than Monday, December 22nd so we can have someone at the store.

 

Courses

There is still time to make some gifts ahead of the holiday season and we have 6 classes this month which might help.

Classes must be paid for in advance and there is a maximum of 5 students per class. Fees include a kit. Courses may not run if there is only one student signed up. Why not grab a friend and make a day of it?

Saturday December 6th - 9:30 to 12pm - $55
Coral Fringe Necklace - Using seed beads and glass pearls, create a coral type fringe necklace.

Saturday December 6th - 1:00 to 3:30pm - $65
Beaded Scarf - Using Czech seed beads, create a beaded scarf with a netting techniue. This technique is labour intensive; you will not complete the project in class.

Tuesday December 9th - 1:30 to 4pm - $55
Wrap Leather Bracelet - Weave Tila and seed beads between leather to make a wrap bracelet.

Saturday December 13th - Holiday Open House
Join us for some holiday cheer, great deals, light refreshments and warm cider.

Tuesday December 16th - 1:30 to 4pm - $60
Wave Necklace - Using 4mm beads and 10/0 seed beads, create a wavy style necklace. The same technique is shown below with larger beads to make a bracelet.

Saturday December 20th - 9:30 to 12pm - $55
Wire & Chain - Learn to bend and wrap silver plated wire, connecting bead segments to chain.

Saturday December 20th - 1:00 to 3:30pm - $45
Beading 101 - Learn the basics of beading including crimping a bracelet, making earrings & an overview on stringing materials and tools.
