We are in the last month of our spring show season. You can see all our shows by clicking on the "Trade Shows" tab on our website. Some of the dates are tentative as we await for show contracts to arrive. We hope you are able to come and see us at one (or many) of our shows this year. We always love to see familiar faces and meet new people.

Victoria Day
The store will be closed Monday, May 18th for Victoria Day. We hope you are able to get out and enjoy the beauty that spring has to offer.

Courses
Interested in learning a new technique? We have 11 classes being offered this month.
There is a maximum of 5 students per class and classes must be paid for in advance to secure your spot. Fees include a kit.
Courses may not run if there is only one student signed up. Why not grab a friend and make a day of it?
Saturday May 2nd - 9:30am to 12pm - $60
Tila & Duo Wrap - Using seed beads, Tila and SuperDuo beads - create a double wrap bracelet.
Saturday May 2nd - 1 to 3:30pm - $45
Spiral Rope Bracelet - Using seed beads in different sizes, create a spiral rope bracelet. This is a great technique to make necklaces and lariats as well.
Friday May 8th - 1:30 to 4pm - $55
Wrap Leather - Weave Tila and seed beads between leather to make a wrap bracelet.
Saturday May 9th - 9:30 to 12pm - $55
Wire & Chain - Learn to bend and wrap silver wire, connecting bead segments to chain.
Saturday May 9th - 1 to 3:30pm - $75
Knotted Mala - Learn to create a meditation Mala with the traditional knotting techniques.
Friday May 15th - 1:30 to 4pm - $45
Fringe Earrings - Learn the traditional brick stitch to create a pair of fringe earrings.
Saturday May 16th - 9:30 to 12pm - $65
Bead Embroidery Basics - Using different shapes and sizes of glass beads, learn the basic techniques used to create embroidered pieces. Finished projects can be used in jewellery or art.
Saturday May 17th - 9:30 to 12pm - $65
Wire Crochet - Create a chunky bracelet using 26g wire and an assortment of beads.
Friday May 22nd - 1:30 to 4pm - $65
Mini 3D Star - Learn to combine herringbone and peyote stitches to create warped squares. Zip them together to create a star.
Saturday May 23rd - 9:30 to 12pm - $45
Beading 101 - Learn the basics of beading including crimping a bracelet, making a pair of earrings & an overview on stringing materials and tools.
Saturday May 23rd - 1 to 3:30pm - $50
Pearly Twirl - Using seed beads and glass pearls - we will create a twisted bracelet.
